Yesterday was the last chance qualifier:

- Jason Cook - Ares and Anmkara made it in
- Marcus Borman (Ares) is also in

Ares / Anmkara team leader Neil Simpson celebrated for a couple minutes and is now back putting the finishing touches on clubs he building for the guys in the Open Division. Neil tells me that it is very warm out there in Mesquite this week.

Too bad they had Smith and Sadlowski right off the bat. Would have been nice to have the chance of the 2 of them in the finals. Pretty amazing how close the distances were. I would have like to see Michael Breed breaking down some swings on there. Also would have been nice if they talked about how air density in general affects distance. It was cold and windy out there but its a different kind of air than we have here in New England when the temps and wind are like that. ...would have been a nice side story comparing different parts of the country.
