Here's one where you don't need weights. You can do TRX rows or use a weight bench with a barbell if you can't do pull ups or don't have a pull up bar. If you do have a pull up bar you can use a rubber band assist. Or... just do real pull ups!

5 rounds, 35 minute cap. Mandatory 3 minute rest between rounds:

20 Pull ups
30 Push ups
40 Butterfly situps
50 air squats

I ended up completing 4 rounds in 31 minutes.

The 3 minute rest is great but I laugh because my arms and shoulders are dead when you go back to repeat the circuit.
