Almost half the price!

I finally picked one of these up,and yes it's pretty much the same. I only tried an Orange Whip in a Gs store awhile back,so can't say the weight and feel are identical, but from memory, they seem to be.
I like to use it for warming up,but had to shelve it for now. I'm having elbow and wrist tendonitis issues (work related) and the trainer seemed to exacerbate those,so I quit using it for now.
But I'd recommend it as a cheap alternative to the OW.

Here's what Sklz had to say when I asked them about their swing trainer:
Hi Dan,

Link for Gold Flex:
http://www.sklz.com/sports-training/gif ... /gold-flex

Thank you for your interest in our Gold Flex. The first difference is our product is about 8 ounces heavier and more flexible than our competitor’s product. With the Gold Flex having more weight and flexibility, the weight forces the hips to turn more on the back swing and get the golfer into the correct swing plane at the top of the swing and this really helps to promote a further follow through with the whole body facing square to the target.
The second difference is our product promotes that you must pause at the top of the backswing or else the Gold Flex will become very whippy on the down swing.
The third difference is in pricing, the Orange Whip retails for $109.00 and the Gold Flex retails for $69.99.

Thank you,
Tammy Marin

Hi, I wanted to read more about your SKLZ Gold Flex Strength & Tempo Trainer but cannot find it on your website. Could you send me a link, or a PDF of the instructin manual??? How does it compare to the "Orange Whip"?
Dan

I think I'll buy one after I sell a few more drivers!!!
