35K??? I'd like to see this place. The one I work at was bought for 1/2 mil and they thought they got a good deal. Probably have invested another 150K or so (30-40K on Trackman alone) in the place so far and still have some work to get it where we want it. Had a 36 hole mini that was grown over and neglected big time and that was the 1st think we rehabbed. Talk about a PITA!!!

Well, turns out the land isn't included, nor is the clubhouse & shed on a deeded parcel, it is on the leased land as well. The land lease is 11K per year & is either 8 or 12 acres, he wasn't sure which. I'd think the land could be bought for two years' worth of lease, but, whatever. He is currently open & says everything works, so, I'm still gona go by sometime this weekend. He & wife are moving to South 'Bama for a big promotion for the wife is selling reason. Cleveland Hwy is kinda pretty, lots of farms once you get outta town goin' towards Cleveland. Will find out more...
