I was looking to pick up a used Odyssey 2-ball putter and decided to snap up the Pinfire Liberty demo that CPanther was selling. I have played for two rounds now and it seems to be doing what I was hoping it would do and that is help my line-up my putts. Right away in the first round, I had a lot more confidence in the 8-10 foot range....I didn't hit them all, but more had to do with the operator and not the club. In those 36 holes, I only had 2 putts that I felt were way off my intended target line...and those 20+ft and at that point my main goal is just to get close.

My main gripe(s), it does not judge speed or break for me (lol)....but other than that, I am happy with the purchase. Then only thing I can foresee doing is cutting about an inch off as it is about 35" and I think I may prefer a 34". But that won't happen until the winter as I want to get a few more rounds in before I make any rash decisions.

Your review is pretty much my experience with the Liberty. It helps you line up the putts, and the actual putts for me are pretty much on target.

IMO it's hard not to really like or love the Liberty. If it's a little too big looking for you, the J1-90 is also as forgiving and beautiful. Brad did a great job on the design of both of these.
