I've seen coupon/sales posts on a couple of different (non-golf) forums and it made it extremely easy to find everything. How about making a sticky in the General Golf section?

Good idea. General golf or equipment folder? I think it would probably be more at home in the equipment section, but I'll go with the majority.

I'd vote for equipment as that's what everyone will use the codes to buy. Either place would be useful though, it's a good idea.

I'd say either the "general equipment" section, or maybe "do it yourself", since most of the codes will be for places that sell components and tools (such as Golfsmith or ValueGolf).

Golf Equipment looks like the most logical place, it's the first spot I'd check.
