My recommendation would be to stay away from Boingo ........with a little searching, you should be able to free some wifi connections that are free and won't be the nuisance that Boingo can be.

If you use a Verizon cell phone and they offer 4G in your area, you might want to take a look at their wifi service. Unfortunately, they don't have 4G here yet, but I was in Florida a few weeks ago and couldn't believe how fast it is. I was getting download speeds on speedtest.net that were pretty damn close to my cable modem at home.

Boingo at the airport in Chicago the other week... what a pain in the arse... and its not free there. I use my phone. If I switch to verizon the end of the year when my sprint contract is up I'll set it up so I can use my phone as a hotspot so I can connect my laptop free.

Neil, it kinda looks like jetpacks and mobile hotspots are one in the same. Depending on whether or not you have 4G in your area, I would go with one of the 4G jetpacks.

Another option is to switch to the "Family Share Plan" because you can use your phone as a hotspot. You end up with the same data plan, which is limited so watch out how much you use, but you would only have to carry around your phone instead of two devices.

Have unlimited everything on my phone so do not want to change the plan- it would cost me a bigger chunk every month
Also heard it uses up quite a bit of battery on a phone?

Ill look into it tho!
Now - wireless home routers!
What kind what Madeline etc?
Have metal studs in walls and brick also but need to hook up at home 1st!
Thanxs for the input
I feel like I've finally stepped out of the 90' s and into the year 2001!

As you know that the mobile phone signal jammer can cut off the signals of the mobile phones and soon make it impossible to make phone calls or send messages. In this way when you need the peaceful condition and want to stay in it, you can just use the best mobile phone jammer to help you achieve your goal. And now as the technology develops with high speed the advanced cheap cell phone jammer has come into the market and are well welcomed by the group of people who need the jammer product.

Difficult to use in the summer due to sun spots.

not with the anti- solar sunspot indicator deflector attachment- comes free with purchase and has unlimited free usage as long as you pay the 1 time low membership fee that is broken down into weekly payments after you give them your cc number - it's a lifetime contract but you can opt out after 25 years winning!
